CEO’s Commissioning team engages in an all-inclusive process for planning, delivery, verification, and managing risks to critical functions performed in, or by, facilities, reporting directly to Owner.

Commissioning agent plays a crucial role being part of the quality-focused process enhancing project delivery. It focuses on verifying that the systems are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained to meet Owner’s Project Requirements. This begins from initial design , tender documentation, through construction and completion of the project. Commissioning ensures effective execution, improving building energy performance thereby reducing building operating costs and eventually enhanced occupant comfort.
